The role
  
We are looking for a customer success manager to partner with clients to drive adoption, manage business processes and build our business.
  • Use our awesome technology and systems to impress, serve and onboard our clients in every aspect of our platform
  • Know each clients 'value', know them and their business
  • Be a platform guide who can advise on every stage of Business and Deal Readiness
  • Hold the Clients Success at the core of every interaction

You
  • ·3-4 years proven experience in a B2B SaaS Customer Success role.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels and across multiple stakeholders ( Marketing, Operations, Product and Development)
  • ·Experience with end-to-end implementation of a B2B SaaS Enterprise Platform/Software with corporate and enterprise clients.
  • Proven experience in expansion sales (upselling, including referrals)
