Our client is Australia's leading retailer. Due to maternity leave, a 12 month fixed term contract has arisen for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the internal media team.
You will be the central coordinator of all media booking confirmations, ensuring all correct information is present and recorded on to the booking / briefing systems. You will provide provide general administration support to the Media Hub Managers and you will need to build great relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally you have gained your administration experience in a sales team, you are comfortable with managing billing and understand time critical project management. You must have experience in Salesforce to be considered. You are also advanced in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint with strong organisational skills. Your preferred work style is to be under the pump and you are looking to work locally with a stable, large employer in the Norwest Business Park. Your choice of 24 hours per week across 4 days.
