ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Mornington Holden - located on the high-volume Nepean Highway in an idyllic, bayside environment - has an outstanding opportunity for an additional Holden New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join us immediately.

With exciting new models arriving for a devoted Holden Customer-base, this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic, and talented professional to provide exceptional service to our Customers when assisting them with their new vehicle requirements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and develop existing and new Customers through appropriate product offers and ethical Sales processes to maximise quality of service, business growth, and Customer satisfaction
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate - internally and externally - using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Effectively respond to and follow up all Sales enquiries using appropriate processes
  • Use and update Customer and Prospect contact data, and use available tools and systems to facilitate Customer retention and source Referrals

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A sound understanding of Sales processes and their strategic execution, in order to meet and exceed targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and Customer service skills
  • Immaculate and professional presentation
  • Open Victorian Driver's Licence
