What Will You be Doing?
 
At Macarthur BMW our sales staff share the same passion and enthusiasm for people who walk into the showroom, as they do about the BMW brand.
 
As a BMW Sales Executive you’ll be at the forefront of the automotive industry, promoting our largest ever model range, working with technologies that make motoring a sophistication and sustainable mobility a reality.
 
About you
Obviously you will have experience working as a Car Sales Consultant in a dealership setting. Prestige vehicle sales experienced is preferred however a good start is being passionate about sales, driven to exceed targets and customer focused.
What you will need is:

• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a car sales environment
• Professional approach and high levels of self-motivation
• Consultative selling approach and ability to follow 'a road to a sale'
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Perseverance and persistence
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work weekends
