About the Company:
A dynamic Australian owned energy metering company with major government and energy clients across Australia.
About the Role:
You will be confident in a leadership role with extensive project management skills including budgeting, cost control, stakeholder management, team leadership and statutory approvals. You will help develop and implement new or revised service offerings that meet the company’s goals and objectives, and providing support and motivation to the Victorian teams.
Duties:
- Manage budgets, quality control and productivity
- Lead and influence supervisors, leading hands and technicians
- Drive growth and development in new and existing services
- Ensure sufficient technical competency within teams
- Develop, evaluate and propose appropriate capital expenditures
- Communicate effectively with clients and at all levels within the Company
- Apply a commercial approach to problem solving and addressing the needs of clients
Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership skills
- Extensive project management skills
- Demonstrated market knowledge
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionality across levels of management
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills are essential
- Demonstrated experience working within an EBA environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex rollout project/s in a challenging and demanding environment
- Electrical license desirable
