We are looking to appoint a highly skilled and extremely motivated sales professional who has the ambition to match ours and to grow our market nationally.

YOU WILL HAVE:
•    A proven track record of strong sales growth within business (heavy industrial industry background is favourable) and you will have excellent business acumen.
•    A needs based and a consultative selling approach to prospects / clients and the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve your goals.
•    Reporting directly into the Managing Director based in Perth you will have the ability to work autonomously, present professionally and always be open to learning and developing within this role.
•    Proven experience negotiating new business and successfully closing deals from “cradle to grave”. 
•    A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B selling experience where you can successfully demonstrate a  history of acquiring, growing and retaining clients is a must.
•    Experience in successfully driving strategic growth and the ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure high sales growth outcomes.
•    The ability to drive customer engagement and acceptance.
•    A proven history of achieving and/or exceeding forecasted budgets and meeting KPI’s.
•    The ability to participate in industry networking events, tradeshows, client events, all in line with building brand awareness.
•    Excellent listening, communication, and time management skills. 
•    The ability to travel interstate frequently, overseas and within Queensland. 

You will need to be a self-starter, highly motivated, target driven, have an eye for detail with the ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
