ABOUT THE JOB
Marketing Operations team assist Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams including sales personnels.. The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for general sales support admin, MI data gathering with analytical support to enable effective commercial decisions, and maximising customer and HK value, as well as engaging in process efficiency initiatives.
The Key Responsibilities of this role
- General support for marketing operations
- Assist with the implementation of pricing programs
- Generating daily sales reports
- Customer database maintenance
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of operational plan and growth goals
- Work with sales representatives to support the day-to-day operational management of the sales organization, enabling sales to spend more time on customer facing activities.
- improve sales reps productivity
- Integrate and customize data primarily using SAP and Excel to support quantitative sales analysis and reporting
- Daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting to field sales force and management
- Learn the consumer sales division products and the inherent relationship between those products
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Qualifications
- BA or BS degree preferably in Business or Marketing or related field preferred
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Advanced SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
