The Company

Our client is one of Brisbane's iconic custom home builders with a reputation for delivering impressive designs and a quality service from front end to construction. Their portfolio of work is impressive and they tackle all ends of the market with their base standard plans and a system to operate full custom home construction. 

The Position

Currently due to an ever increasing number of leads generated from head office and over supply in one of their prominent North Brisbane displays, an opportunity exists for a Head Office and Display Home based Consultant to join their high performance team. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing and servicing all head office enquiry and leads

  • Meeting clients within the office and at the Display Home
  • Display home sales working with another Consultant
  • Networking with Developers
  • Obtaining pricing and final quotes for clients
  • Servicing clients through to contract signing

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following

  • A proven track record in new home sales
  • Experience in custom housing advantageous
  • A desire to service clients and achieve sales
  • High level of professionalism and presentation
  • Top performer with strong sales accolades in previous roles
  • Flexibility to work in this company's structure in an evolving role
