About the role:
Due to a recent internal promotion and continued growth, the position of Internal Sales & Support is currently being recruited to join our National team. Based in Melbourne, this position is pivotal in servicing the needs of our extensive client base, both locally and nationally. Our office is currently located in Knoxfield, however, we will be relocating to Epping early in the new year. You will be working closely with Application Engineers, External Sales & other team members, the role encompasses all facets of internal sales and external sales support to drive outcomes and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer service to our national client base.
CRM data entry and management.
Sales support to our external Sales Engineers.
Timely processing of customer orders, quotes and requests.
Develop and build long lasting Customer Relationships.
Managing walk in/phone/email/fax enquiries.
Review back orders.
Liaising with head office & accounts department daily.
Generating sales and repeat business through loyalty.
Requirements:
Previous experience in related electrical industry or an electrical qualification.
Networking or communications knowledge would be highly regarded.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills. (approachable, positive, motivated, pro-active)
Stand out attention to detail.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
