A Pet Insurance Company is looking for a Business Development Manager in Melbourne, Victoria. We are seeking a suitably qualified person with excellent customer service skills, experience in sales and a genuine desire to work within the pet/insurance industry.
Ideally you will have a sales, vet nurse or an insurance background and proven results in meeting targets/budgets. The candidate must have high level of customer service/relationship building skills and ideally experience with conducting group training sessions.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
. Proven track record of success in sales where you consistently exceed targets
. Exceptional communication and written skills
. A hunter approach to new business development whilst being able to work autonomously to deliver results
. Experience with computers and applications software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
. Tenacious and resilient approach to work
. Ability to work within a team
The position is full time, predominately working Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required as occasional weekend work.
This role requires the candidate to travel throughout Victoria and half yearly visits to Tasmania.
Must have a current Passport and Drivers Licence.
