HRS is currently recruiting for a Direct Sales Executive for our client.

THE ROLE
Direct Sales Executive. This is a long-term opportunity where you will be initially trained and given the support you need to understand the products and systems. You will be required to take on an existing portfolio of clients and chase leads to achieve your sales goals. A basic understanding of project take-offs and an ability to read drawings to calculate the required needs of clients.
Requirements:

• CRM/Pronto/Salesforce capability
• Marketing & Strategy understanding
• Computer literacy (Pronto/excel/word to medium level)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Attention to detail
• Energetic
• Selling, negotiating and relationship building skills
• High conversion rate of new customers

Key Performance Indicators

• Sales targets/budgets met; in terms of top line sales and margins
• Reports submitted on time and accurate.
• Customer Complaints managed to conclusion.
• Error Rates
• Quotation accuracy and conversion rates
• Quote Register maintenance
• Customer Relationships / Visits
• Pronto Reports.
• Sales Meeting attendance and contribution.
