Here is why we need you…  

Due to ongoing business growth we're on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our existing sales team and manage key business relationships within the oOh Media business, based within the oOh Media office.

 Here's what you'll do...

As Internal Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Retain and profitably grow volume, via relationships and driving new product initiatives
• To enter information in the Cactus Production System (CPS) and manage campaign though production in a timely manner
• To know and expertly represent Cactus Imaging’s complete offering of products and services
• Lead all aspects of the campaign process, solution development, and quoting and data entry
• Supporting the sales team internally and filling in for Client Services at Silverwater as required
• Getting 100% of the required information from a client
• Responsible for ensuring timely internal and external communication and delivery of client campaigns

Duties includes; 

• Be a brand advocate and help champion the various products and service offerings across the oOh Business 
• Manage the post-sales process by playing an integral role in the communication of campaign deliveries in accordance with our Client Services and Ops teams 
• Develop customer service plans for all clients by leading joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, and priorities
• Develop external relationship with suppliers, installers and media companies to ensure effective campaign delivery

This is what you'll look like...

• 1-2 years' experience in an Account Management/ Sales Coordinator style role
• Demonstrable passion for what you do and be able to showcase this through an exceptional communication style 
• A proactive and solutions focused mindset that enables you to think outside of the box and problem solve daily 
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Comfortable working in an agile and fast paced work environment
• An excellent team player who enjoys collaborating with others to meet common goals & objectives 
• Excellent eye for detail and a love of data entry 
• Strong IT skills and digital savvy across MS Office inc Outlook, Excel as well as being able to pick-up new internal systems quickly 
• Degree qualified in media/ communications/ business related fields looked on favourably.
