This is a rare opportunity to join a Developer internal sales team based in the CBD.
As a core member in bringing multiple new projects to market this year, we are looking for a proactive sales person with 1-2 years experience in project sales.
You will coordinate with the project marketing and project management team and will be involved in the complete project lifecycle from creation to settlement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Positive attitude and fantastic first impression
- Proven ability to succeed
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships
- English is essential, Mandarin a bonus
Requirements:
- 1-2 years work experience in sales
- Availability to work weekends
Additional Duties:
- Managing buyer enquiries
- Prepare market research reports
- Maintain database and data entry
- Coordinate PR activities and events
