Your new role
In your role as State Manager, you'll manage and lead the sales team, and ensure their continuous improvement through training and development. You will achieve sales revenue targets, while maintaining margin and managing expenditure within a pre-determined budget. You'll ensure team engagement and ensure that the team adheres to company policy and codes of conduct at all times. You'll manage the forecasting and reporting process, as well as the pricing for proposals.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll require a background in senior business development and strategic account management, with a proven history of success and achievement. You will have experience managing and leading a small sales team, with examples of continuous improvement. Examples of implementing creative and innovative new sales processes and strategies would be well received. Evidence of success in a competitive market is desired. You must have exceptional negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills.
