The role...
  
We are looking for an account manager to establish and maintain our client relationships. You will also be responsible for taking a consultative sales approach, identifying client’s needs, customer onboarding, project management, retention, and renewals. 
  
Skills & Qualifications...
  

• Previous experience as an Account manager
• Customer Service & Client relationship experience
• Excellent written skills and highly articulate
• Strong interest in Software and Technology
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Australian Citizen or permanent resident
• SaaS/Software experience would be desirable but not a must
