Tasmania’s capital Hobart is a burgeoning market experiencing rapid growth across all Specialist Business Units’s. With an office of 12 consultants you will work as a team to harness the potential that is the Tasmanian Construction market.
Your New Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for an aspiring Recruitment Consultant. Your role is to develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, consult with organisations on their business and recruitment needs and offer your expertise whilst ensuring each experience the enviable reputation and customer service Hays offers.
The other aspect of the role is ensuring that you are on the constant look out for new opportunities whether they be with already existing clients or creating new relationships and growing your portfolio.
