About The Position…

The Channel Development Rep is the starting role for DocuSign Business Development. Channel Developers support our Channel and Partner ecosystem as our first line of contact, often via email, phone or support tickets submitted via our Partner Portal.

 

Ongoing tasks can range from fielding simple inquiries and refreshing program guides, to leading onboarding webinars and supporting our Channel/Partner Account Managers in the field.

 

You’ll work closely with cross-functional departments and global teams within DocuSign to deliver a great partner experience. Quarterly priorities can include re-engaging inactive partners, identifying high growth partners, driving attendance to events and webinars, improving programs and processes or leading campaigns to increase pipeline.

 

 

Your Responsibilities…

Responsibilities include developing a go-to-market strategy with our business development, sales, and marketing teams, negotiating contracts, and leading collaboration between DocuSign matrix teams and our partners to execute effectively. Success will be measured by the numbers of partner deals closed, usage/adoption of DocuSign products by partners and their customers, customer satisfaction scores of both the partner and their members and strong cross-collaboration with business development and sales.

 

  • Communicate (inbound and outbound) with partners and prospective partners via phone, email and portal case submissions/tickets
  • Guide prospective partners to the appropriate DocuSign Partner Program
  • Onboard new DocuSign Partners, assist with integration development and facilitate DS introductions
  • Identify high potential/high growth Partners
  • Manage quarterly projects/campaigns by learning and applying project management best practices

 

 

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • A university degree
  • Sales/Business Development experience to include heavy inbound/outbound calling and written correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English)
  • Experience working in the software space (SaaS Tech experience highly advantageous)
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and change with enthusiasm and a sense of humour!
