The role on offer

We currently looking for a driven, Pharmacy Channel Manager to join our team.  This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast paced sales environment with a team of forward thinking professionals at the forefront of innovation and research in the health industry.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Building trade partnerships both domestically and internationally. 
• Introduce and build the Medlab brand with major pharmacy groups in Australia.
• Work closely with sales team in deployment of the sales plan agreed with the respective buying group.
• Be based mostly on the road and constantly meeting clients and closing deals.
• Report directly to the National Sales Manager and be a part of strategic business discussion.
• Building strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within health industry.
• Develop sales strategies to enhance incremental sales with existing groups.
• Provide education, run seminars and training with groups.
• Meet and exceed quarterly targets.

About You

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in lead generation, success in closing sales and working in a high energy sales environment.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

• Strong time management and organisational skills. 
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role and familiar with most pharmacy groups in Australia.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of science in healthcare. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or have a passion in either the Natural Health Industry or Medical Industry.
• Proven track record to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Have experience of working to KPI's and over achieving targets.
• Understanding Financials.
• A valid Australian drivers licence.
• You will need to be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
