What you’ll do…

Reporting directly to the SMB Sales Manager your duties will include:

  • Handling inbound enquiries generated from marketing activities
  • Generating prospective customers through warm and cold calling
  • Responsible for your own pipeline from prospection to closing
  • Conduct on-going research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting (cold call drives, email campaigns, marketing material input)
  • Guide the success of our clients by delivering an exceptional first experience and educating them on getting the most out of Shippit
  • Demonstrate a consultative selling approach and work with internal stakeholders to deliver the optimum shipping solution for customers
  • Attend networking events as necessary.
  • Manage our CRM and various related sales tool that our company provides you.

 What you will need to have…

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales development role

Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting

Experience in Retail, Customer Service or a SaaS sales environment is a huge plus

Experience in selling to international markets preferred
