The role

• Leverage from your established contacts of Tier 1 and 2 Architects, designers and builders to gain specifications
• Target commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
• Manage and track your project pipeline 
• Key Account Manage selected Tier 1 Builders and contractors 
• Network effectively with; Architects, Designers & Consultants to ensure you forge strong relationships.

Skills and experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in specification sales.
• An established network of Architects, Designers and Builders 
• Commercially astute sales professional with a driven mentality
• A proven track record of success getting products specified into commercial, hospitality and residential projects.
