Our client is seeking Sales and Recruitment Consultants to join their company in Parramatta, NSW, with the potential to earn $80,000 - $95,000 per annum | Based on Experience

Reporting directly to Operations Manager some of your responsibilities include:

• Coordination of the workforce across multiple short and long-term placements
• Build strong on-going working relationships with clients, colleagues and candidates
• Visit clients and candidates on site one day per week to maintain relationships
• Implementation and review of an effective recruitment strategy including advertising
• Select and shortlist appropriate candidates from job applications and conduct reference checks
• Welcome and sign up new candidates assuring that all licenses, forms and inductions are completed
• Liaise with existing and new clients within the construction industry

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous sales or retail sales experience
• Experience in the Recruitment industry desirable
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Strong computer skills incl experience using CRM systems
• A current drivers license
