A full-time opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join the Central Gippsland team in a permanent capacity.

 

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Client Relationships, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the relationships of clients ensuring client satisfaction, supporting client loyalty, increasing opportunities and developing a new client base.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Raise training range awareness that supports the identification of further opportunities with Clients
  • Ensure clients are receiving support and assistance, contract requirements and performance standards are achieved, develop new opportunities within the clients and implement them
  • Ensure client meetings are completed quarterly
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business and their projects
  • Understand each Clients' training matrix requirements, and where possible, obtain future client plans for training
  • Coordinate subject matter experts to attend client meetings
  • Manage contract negotiations and procurement processes as required
  • Other duties as required

 

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
  • Previous client relationship management experience desirable
  • Experience or product knowledge of working in a training organisation
  • Contracts, tender or procurement experience
  • Clear, concise and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
