Role
This is a new position reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary responsibilities of the role are:
- Grow business by winning new accounts and expanding existing key accounts in Western Australia
- Complete site visits, write proposals and specify products and services for client solutions
- Maintain accurate data in CRM system
- Maintain appropriate customer follow up and contact cycles
- Perform on-site servicing work until we grow the business to hire a dedicated Service Technician
Candidate
The candidate ideally will have knowledge or experience of industrial environmental issues and possess sound technical ability.
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven successful business to business sales experience
- Have the ability to generate new business though disciplined key account management
- Have excellent cold calling and prospecting skills to identify new clients and new markets
- Ideally have current & relevant customer contacts
- Possess determination, tenacity, and strength of character
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have strong self-organisational abilities
- Be motivated to succeed and proactive in nature
- Enjoy working autonomously with a real sense of urgency
- Be team oriented
- Have a current drivers license
Package
Remuneration comprises a competitive package including base salary, car allowance, mobile phone and laptop and an uncapped bonus as percentage of revenue generated.
You will be well supported from the Head Office in Brisbane and by our other Sales Executives. The role will suit an individual seeking an autonomous role with responsibility for driving the growth of our West Australian operations.
