EC Credit Control is a market leader in drafting business documentation throughout Australia, with a client base that continues to have significant growth year on year. We are currently recruiting for Business Development Managers in Brisbane to generate new business opportunities with our HR documentation products.

 

The Role

  • B2B sales role selling HR products to both new businesses & existing client base.
  • Product range includes Employment Agreements, Recruitment and Hiring Process Packages, Human Resource Management documents, Independent Contractor Agreements & Privacy Manuals.
  • Contractor with a designated territory
  • Become the 'go to' HR Specialist in your local territory.

 

Skills required to be successful:

  • A "hunter" mentality that loves to close – on the day where possible.
  • Sales hungry, self-confident & motivated to make it happen
  • Strong phone skills are essential
  • Experience in B2B sales. HR knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously & proactively.
  • Ability to generate leads via established client base, referrals, networking & other marketing avenues.
