You will be joining a collaborative environment, with an attractive remuneration structure ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 base + super + a great uncapped commission structure, seeing you earn $100k+ OTE (depending on experience). What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of your clients, from cross-selling and up-selling, new business development, client retention through to customer satisfaction. A strong track record of sales in software will allow you to reach out to new customers and comfortably maintain strong relationships. Working with location, job scheduling, and asset management software. you will be meeting C-level executives, presenting, demonstrating and using insights to create a want and need for the solution. You will be working with a range of deal values, from the thousands to the millions, allowing you to have a diverse portfolio and use different skill sets.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • Sales experience in the software
  • Experience selling to a variety end users
  • Sales methodology training and application in prior roles (Challenger, SPIN etc.)

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Commercial acumen and solution-based sales approach
