My client is conscious of the environment and offer sustainability as well as durability throughout their designs, while supplying a wide range of applications to the luxury residential, blue chip workplace as well as premium retail and hospitality markets nationally.

Role

  • Consulting with Architects & Designers, from early conceptional stages right through to design, tender, installation and final handover and installation
  • Providing technical assistance to Builders and Contractors
  • New business revenue through technical sales
  • Key Account managing and maintaining key relationships
  • Presenting a range of products at a rage of levels
  • Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager
  • Persuade and influence clients
  • Manage a detailed pipeline
  • Maintain an accurate CRM System
  • Hit and overachieve realistic KPI's

 Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years proven B2B sales exposure
  • Experience specifying an architectural product
  • Client exposure across high end residential, commercial hospitality & workplace segments
  • Team oriented
  • Great presentation skills and an excellent communicator
  • Exposure in covering installations and construction methodologies
