Business growth has reached a ceiling and it’s time to welcome a B2B Sales dynamo to our team.

THE COMPANY
Our family business provides First Aid training to businesses in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Our trainers are ex paramedics and combined with our RTO we have been in this business for over 20 years. Our clients are schools, child care centres, electricians and other businesses.

You’ll be working autonomously with support and guidance readily available. This role is pivotal to the next growth stage of the business so you’ll be rewarded with generous commission. We have fun at work yet we know when to be serious, after all, the training we provide has the potential to save lives, and that’s serious stuff.

THE ROLE
Your only focus is generating sales through building strong relationships, having professional and authentic communication and constant contact. To make your job easy you’ll manage your work through our online CRM.

This is a work from home, autonomous role where you will be required to:

• Contact potential clients and sell our training courses.
• Book training courses in the online calendar.
• Build relationships with key decisions makers.
• Send emails and promotional material.
• Build your list of future contacts in the CRM.
• Put forward initiatives for increasing sales and identify new opportunities.
• Liaise with trainers to ensure commitments made to clients are achievable.
• Embrace the CRM system, maintain accurate records and keep on top of leads.
• Represent the business with your vibrant personality and superior course knowledge.
• Prioritise your call schedule and efficiently manage your time.

This is a casual work from home position. We’ll provide a phone for work use.

On top of your generous hourly rate, you'll receive a weekly commission for everyone you enrol, once they complete the training. You have the potential to earn some big dollars.

You’ll get to enjoy the festive season as we close for four weeks over Christmas.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
With a strong background in sales. You are self-motivated and realise that sales is a numbers game; the more calls you make, the more sales you close. You possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven sales success. Phone sales preferred yet not essential.
• Superior organisational and time management skills.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and a dedication to keep all data up to date.
• You love building strong relationships with clients.
• You have your own computer and good internet connection to login to the CRM.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieving results.
• Proven ability to delight clients with your service standards.
