We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager for Victoria selling into the Independent Hardware and Garden sector.
The successful applicant will effectively manage, promote and sell a broad range of products in order to maximise brand exposure, sales volumes and profits within the allocated territory.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing a customer base of retailers including Hardware Stores, Nurseries & Landscaping yards, growing product spread & volume.
- Achieving set KPI's
- Planning and executing an effective journey plan to cover the territory.
- Ensure the correct product mix is sold into stores.
- Accurate record keeping and entering of data into company systems.
- Timely reporting and sales admin tasks as required.
Ideally you will be a hunter who is results orientated & hungry for success. You will also understand the importance of delivering quality customer service to your clients whilst working to meet sales targets.
To be successful in the role you will need to have outstanding interpersonal skills, be willing to challenge the norm and have a genuine passion for achieving goals and developing the business. As the successful candidate will be covering a large territory, it is expected that you be comfortable spending some time away from home. Proven success in a similar sales role within the hardware / garden industry is preferred.
