Leading the National Chain Grocery Field Team, you will be responsible for 4 Team Leaders and their Merchandisers across the Chain Grocery and Discount Department Channel in the pursuit of in store excellence. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible developing, implementing customer & incremental plans to drive best in-market results. You will be link between Head Office Planning, OHS, Territory planning, High Value activity prioritisation and ultimately accountable for the execution of field plans of the in-house field team and 3^rd party merchandiser support.

Travel is a key part of the role, with the National Field Manager expected to be in each state on a regular basis to work with the Team Leads & present the plans. 

You’ll have broad experience in field and/or account sales in FMCG environment, preferably with experience in the Grocery channel. Analytical with a passion for improving compliance of activities, you have a proven track record of motivating & leading successful teams to developing & achieving strong sales results and ability to provide regular support/coaching, empowering Team Leads to run their respective States in an efficient and effective way.
