We're not after someone to just sell our products. We are hiring for career minded individuals who have a strong desire to address and solve our customer's business challenges and really understand the value in what we do.
 

Skill set required:

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience with selling an ERP, financial/accounting applications, hosted software solutions or a similar technology product to "C" level executives
  • Strategic and complex solution selling experience into the Public Sector with an influential presence amongst existing networks in Canberra
  • Ability to apply solution based sales methodology through a consultative sales approach to exceed sales targets through a high level of influence, motivation, and commitment
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to influence successful business outcomes internally and externally to meet company objectives

 

What will you do?

  • Manage an assigned territory portfolio to strategically target, hunt and develop new business within the Enterprise sector to achieve sales objectives
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships to conduct needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholder relationships and third parties to influence key decision-making in the sales process
