As part of the Q Report team, you will be responsible for driving sales, whilst delivering outstanding customer service and administration. The right candidate will have excellent written and spoken English, strong communication skills, a high degree of self-motivation, ambition as well as a positive and confident approach.
Responsibilities include:-
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries with a customer-focused approach - action every customer enquiry and request swiftly, professionally and compliantly.
- Follow up new business and renewal opportunities, building sustainable relationships with our customers.
- Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management database with a high attention to detail.
- Administration duties such as internal / external post, sending out client documentation, liaising with our printing company and other general administration duties.
- Adhere to high quality and accuracy standards.
- Work towards targets and KPI's.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in sales, jewellery and / or insurance is preferable but not a necessity. We will provide full training, but you need the right attitude and a high level of the English language. Working hours are Monday – Friday (9am to 5:30pm) with no weekend work required.
