A little about the role:

The client develops and sells land. In this role you will:
1. Take the lead in sales for each of the flagships projects across the country.

2. Build a strategy on how best to package these products

3. Work with the external sales team to achieve targets

4. Build your team.


Your day will see you: 

• Coordinate and manage the sales team and set sales targets and goals.
• Coordinate and deliver effective strategies for each project.
• Work closely with the Marketing team.
• Have involvement in product development (department and townhouses).
• Regularly communicate the sales performance to management.

To be successful you will offer:

• Extensive sales experience within the property or land development industry.
• Experience training and managing a sales team.
• Ability to travel interstate when required. 
• Experience in selling town houses and land.
