My client is an award wining eLearning company with operation throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacifc, having implemented high end compliance training courses for enterprise business through these regions. Truly integrated into 5 divisions: digital design, instructional design, technology, commercial and finance. My client has a wealth of experience providing this service to the biggest companies in Australia.

 

Role

My clients team is now the largest it has ever been spanning across all sectors in the Australian Market. With full management and team support, your role will be to hunt for new business via cold calling and referrals to look to open new doors and explore unchartered territories.

Strategically targeting HR to explore opportunities you will look to book your own clients meetings and be a true form BDM within the organization.

 

Duties

  • Booking appointments to meet face to face
  • Mix of cold and warm outbound calls
  • On site demonstrations of the solution and key features
  • Full sales cycle from initial call through to closing the deal
  • Sales reporting to management
  • All administration in relation to the role

Likely Experience: 

  • Demonstrated experience in a B2B sales related role
  • Previous experience within a finance team – highly regarded
  • High level communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong personal presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Understanding of EDI – highly regarded
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Strong listening and problem solving skills
  • Self motivated, driven and a self starter
  • Ability to engage at C Level

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Base: $75,000 - $90,000
  • Commission: Uncapped
  • Car allowance
  • Super: 9.5%
  • OTE: $120,000
