The Role:
This role will see you deep diving into our sales and client data, identifying and optimising opportunities to accelerate sales growth. You will conduct strategic analysis by interpreting large volumes of data from multiple sources, including Salesforce and our in house platform, to identify campaign targets and recommendations to accelerate sales growth and reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Conduct pre-campaign analysis on our customer base by developing strategic segmentation
- Perform detailed analysis to identify and optimise accounts to target
- Conduct customer analytics activities to form the basis for continuous optimisation of value propositions
- Conduct analysis to identify target segments for campaigns and generate post implementation reviews
- Support the Sales Leaders with regular Sales Performance trends on targeted campaigns
- Provide data support for end-to-end campaign execution
- Drive Sales Revenue growth with analysis and data driven recommendations
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and operational plans
What You Bring
You’ll love all things data! Whether it be extracting, manipulating or interpreting multiple datasets you will be able to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Someone who doesn’t just build reports but really looks at the big picture and can confidently communicate those recommendations back to the business.
Your Experience
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with campaign targeting and management
- Working knowledge of CRM/ Salesforce ideally
- Advanced Excel and ability to build complex reports
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing processes
