Graduate Consultant will do at Marble.
- Look after and offer support to a mixture of client accounts and candidate relationships
- You will have the opportunity to learn from senior team members who have been in recruitment for many years
- Build a name for yourself within the industry and find new unique ways to unearth candidates
- Receive constant training and team encouragement to help you succeed
- A base salary and on target earnings in excess of $100k in your first year is highly achievable with our support and guidance
