Job tasks and responsibilities
- Previous sales representative experience in direct salon sales
- Hairdressing experience is advantageous, however not essential
- Have excellent relationships with a large number of existing salon clients
- Thrive on success and achievement
- Have the ability to 'think on your feet' and handle objections quickly/concisely
- A current Australian driver's licence

Skills and experience
You must have a strong work ethic, be highly experienced and an ambitious sales professional. Dexterity and the ability to 'make things happen' will also be considered favourably.
In the capacity of Sales Executive you will be responsible for growing and developing your territory, you will develop strong business relationships with your existing clientele and create and recognize leads to expand your customer base.
You will also be required to provide your clients with in-salon support and training. This is an on-the-road role servicing salons throughout the territory. Some regional and overnight travel will be required.
With a flair for sales, education and marketing, you will inspire our clients into being the best in the salon market. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level, as well as the ability to present in front of customers.
Ideally, you will have held a similar role within the Hair Care or FMCG Industry although a general sales background and the right attitude will also be considered. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales candidate wanting a platform to progress into a more senior sales position.
