Burbank Australia is one of Australia's leading volume builders with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking a driven, energetic and committed Sales Cadet to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven energetic individual to enter the industry and receive training with the opportunity for the correct candidate to rise to become a full time sales person in a very short time.

This is a casual position, based out of our Display Centres and to win this role you'll be willing to work Saturday and Sundays plus any additional days required throughout the week.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous sales experience be well presented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your role will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients, highlighting our displays and explaining our latest promotional offers
• Liaising with clients and booking appointments for paperwork and sales presentations
• Working constructively with the Sales Consultant to learn the requirements of the industry and to assist the consultant to manage their workload. This will include reporting all leads to the Consultant as well as assisting them with the generation of house and land packages
• Assisting in completing administration reporting
• Contacting developers and land agents to confirm land availability and copies of contracts
• Ensuring the display centre is kept neat and tidy at all times
• Ensuring that all marketing and promotional material is up to date and maintaining sufficient stock levels 

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Be reliable, energetic, self-motivated and able to provide the highest standard of customer service
• Ideally have experience in a similar role within the Sales Industry
• Be available to work weekends
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be able to work under pressure
• Possess a current driver’s license (you may be required to travel between Display Centres at short notice)
