The Role:

In the key role of Strategic Account Manager, you will maintain and expand well-established business relationships with a portfolio of key customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales budgets and strategic account objectives for these customers.

You will understand and sell our diverse range of company products and services to assigned customers, whilst also ensuring both growth and new business opportunities are recognised within these accounts.

The Requirements:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks;

  • Develop professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Pro-actively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide joint company-strategic account planning to develop mutual objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Coordinate the involvement of internal and external personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Meet assigned targets for sales budgets, both total revenue and profitability measures
  • Manage day-to-day production requirements to deliver the goods and services as required by your customers.

The Measurement:

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Deliver financial targets set out in designated accounts
