About the business and the role
Bosscoauto started in 2010 in a garage selling auto accessories on eBay. Now, we have moved onto our third premises due to rapid growth. We import Aftermarket Auto Accessories and tailor these products to Australian use and Australian standards. We are currently selling Australia-wide via several online channels and have a strong online presence. We also do installations of our products in store.
Your role is to manage and monitor our sales/marketing function to continue to grow the business.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Your tasks and responsibilities involve:
- Understanding our product range and finding ways to improve & expand it
- Manage our advertisements and be confident in using them to generate sales
- Interacting with customers both online and face-to-face
- Manage warehouse and stock
- Build a strong sales team
Skills and experience
To succeed, you will need to:
- Have background knowledge and be enthusiastic about Motor Vehicles/Auto Parts, especially 4wd or offroading
- Be fluent in English
- Have a calm and professional telephone manner and be able to solve problems independently and under pressure
- Have 1+ years experience as a sales agent
- Have a willingness to learn
- Be able to work independently and be flexible in a variety of situations
