Client Details

My client services property developers and landlords globally. Over the past few years they have seen incredible growth in their business and are now seeking to bring on a Business Development Executive that is currently working within the property industry preferably in Commercial Leasing, Sales, Asset Management, Construction Sales, or Business Development within the Melbourne market.

Description

In this role, you will report into the Business Development Manager and be part of the Business Development team. A key element to this role is to create strategic partnerships with Property Developers and Landlords in Melbourne. You will do this by leveraging off your current relationships in Melbourne property whilst developing a new connections. Your relationships will ideally be with large institutional landlords with a larger property portfolio.

On a daily basis you will be involved in preparing submissions for tender requests, exploring potential new business leads, manage client relationships, prepare reports to present to your manage on sales activities and forecasts and have the ability to work as part of dynamic and growing business.

You will have a demonstrated track record of sales in Melbourne in ideally commercial sales and leasing or similar. Have strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations, strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties.

Profile

You must have the ability to follow up sales leads and manage the sales process through to completion, have polished and professional presentation skills along with having an ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads. You must be proactive and have positive attitude to take on a new challenge.
