Located in Glendenning, we are 100% Australian owned and operated independent business, with a combined experience of over 30 years in warehouse supply, safety and personal protective equipment industry.

We are a specialist supplier of safety and personal protective equipment for all industries, incorporating products in; Environmental Control, Eye & Face Protection, Fall Protection, Fire Protection, First Aid, General Safety – Site Safety (Tapes, Chains and Barrier Mesh) & Sun Protection, Hand Protection, Head Protection, Hearing Protection, Rescue & Retrieval Equipment, Respiratory Protection, Rigging & Materials Handling, General Safety and Workwear plus embroidery and screen printing.

About the role

As a sales rep, you will be responsible for promoting a diversified range of safety and personal protective equipment across your territory. You will manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts while building relationships with new customers. Reporting to the Director, you will be required to demonstrate a clear understanding of the product range, competitor products and provide solutions for large corporate organizations and small to medium individual businesses. You will target market segments such as construction, mining, warehouse, Government department's utilities and manufacturing.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you would need to have solid exposure to sales environments and be able to meet the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers.
  • An ability to develop sales cycles, targets and execute plans and strategies.
  • Proven ability to communicate with both internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in client management.

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Hunger for sales
  • Strong presentation and networking skills
  • An ability to organize effective daily tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Highly developed listening skills
  • Customer focused
  • Must have ability to meet tight timelines and deadlines
  • Computer skills word, excel and MYOB will be highly regarded.
