What you`ll do:

As a Contract Analyst in our Business and Government Team your role will be responsible for assisting with set up and management of contracts for customers across all Business, Enterprise and Government segments. You’ll be building and managing relationships with our commercial, sales and sales solutions and legal teams to understand requirements both of our customers and of the enterprise parameters.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of documentation for the creation, maintenance, amendment and renewal of contracts
• Provision of responsive and pro-active service to sales roles and their customers
• Report and monitor contract effectiveness within own area of responsibility, working collaboratively across the team to consider opportunities for improvement
• Preparation of reports relating to customer enquiries, sale trends, and customer complaints, including delivery or service problems and other ad-hoc reports for the Client Sales Executive
• Ensure contracts adhere to Australia Post guidelines and policy
• Assist in sales, after sales service and administration projects
• Facilitate resolution of complex customer requests and enquiries relating to Australia Post contract terms and conditions

What we are looking for

We’d love to hear from passionate and energetic contract management professionals with a strong background managing relationships within commercial environment.  If you think you’ve got what it takes and want to be part of our team you’re going to need the following:

• Demonstrated experience working within an SLA environment in a contract analyst or contract management role responsible for servicing a wide variety of users across the business.
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related discipline and strong understanding of legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations as they apply to Sales Operations.
• Proficient with Salesforce and strong technical skills
• Analytically minded with ability to resolve issues and act on opportunities for improvement.
