Job Description

Are you willing to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary to ensure the company's success? Doka Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing sales, sales targets, profitability management, in addition to local product introduction for Doka Formwork Solutions. In this role you will be responsible to expand Doka’s presence in NSW and increase sales that strengthens the company's position in the market.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • You drive sales & margin goals in NSW market, monthly forecasts including revenue by product and customer
  • You develop both new and existing accounts and expand business through face-to-face contact with the customers
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate with engineering, as required, to ensure accurate proposals
  • You are proactive involved form tendering through project acquisition and entire project handling
  • You partner with operations & engineering for jobs under contract and obtain approved drawings
  • You are accountable for all credit interactions with the customer including obtaining contractor approval of invoices, making adjustments through credit requests and insuring prompt payment, as well as preparing and distributing monthly account status reports

 

 

Qualifications

  • Experienced Commerical Talent in Sales and or Engineering functions in Construction Sector in NSW
  • Formwork Sales Experience woud be a major benefit
  • Qualification in civil or construction engineering or equivalent is highly preferred
  • Team player, Someone who goes the extra mile
  • Excellent communication, sales and customer relationship skills
