The Alpha Group is a privately owned National Car Finance & Car Hire & Car Parking Company with a Head Office in Brisbane. We are a small friendly dynamic team working in a supportive work environment, with a strong culture of team work. We are currently recruiting for a Pre Delivery Sales Executive role for our Alpha Car Finance, responsible for vehicle movements & coordination between our Sales Team, customers and our 10 National Branch Managers.
Reporting to the General Manager of Finance & Car Hire, you will be responsible to support the Alpha Car Finance department and this role is pivotal role of the ongoing success of Alpha’s sales & customer service performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Customer & Branch Managers on vehicle delivery times/location and ensuring smooth handover.
- Coordinating and scheduling movement/transport of vehicles to Alpha locations for handover.
- Ensuring contractual paperwork is in order for vehicle delivery.
- Assist and support the Direct and In Direct Sales Team.
- Assist with the preparation of daily/weekly & end of month department reports.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position with demonstrated Car Industry sales experience, customer experience and a strong sales operational background.
Along with this the ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent Sales Skills
- Great people and communication skills to be able to build a rapport with our customers and peers to liaise with management, staff, suppliers, and external parties.
- The ability to work to strict deadlines, apply logic and go-getter attitude.
- The ability to thrive under pressure, multi - tasker, a resilient attitude and not afraid to be ‘hands-on’.
- Ability to work autonomously and be extremely thorough and diligent
- Excellent computer skills and previous fleet CRM desirable such as Cars+ background or car hire / finance software experience would be an advantage.
