S2M client is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions provider with a product focus on enterprise to employee solutions including rewards, loyalty and recognition, employee communication and engagement. Based in Sydney, Australia, the Company is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: RFN) and has built its growth to date via both organic growth and acquisition.
  
As part of the client strategic growth roadmap, it has recently upgraded its employee engagement platform. With only 28% of employees in Asia Pacific reporting that they felt happy at work, and 40% of Asia Pacific employees intending to change their jobs in the short term,  is targeting clients in the mid-sized corporate and enterprise market that want to enhance their employee engagement.
  
S2M client is a peer-to-peer recognition platform that enables employee engagement to be gamified against the core values of an organisation. The success of the platform has resulted in many high-quality clients, both local and international, using the platform.
  
As part of our commitment to the continued growth of the platform, we have aggressively enhanced our online marketing campaigns, resulting in an ever-increasing sales pipeline, including many high-profile names, locally and across the globe. So much so, that S2M's client is now looking to recruit a dedicated business development manager to aggressively grow and manage the sales pipeline, and to actively develop re-seller channels. You will be part of a small, but very ambitious, team, in which your voice will be heard, where your great ideas are actively welcomed and embraced, where you can make a difference and have direct access to the Board of Directors.
  
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills at board level
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with customer focus and a winning attitude
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • A desire to succeed in an ever-changing environment
This is a pivotal role in our continued growth and will involve actively dealing with global clients and sometimes involve international hours. It will involve travel locally and may involve international travel where the commercial considerations of sales opportunities are warranted. 
  
A generous and competitive salary, with full expenses paid, will be offered along with exceptional performance-based bonuses including equity options, after a qualifying period.
