The Reward

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and supplier in the bathroom products industry. On offer for this role is a base salary of $75-90,000, fully maintained vehicle, superannuation and a lucrative incentive structure. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you are successful in this role.

The Role

Your primary aim will be to manage existing key accounts (85%) while establishing new business opportunities (15%), through your own network or your ability to create new revenue streams. You will also be responsible for managing and driving key internal stakeholders and planning and developing strategy with clients to open and discover new opportunities. There will be occasional travel to meet with clients throughout regional Victoria.

You

You are a dedicated sales professional, keen to build and exploit their existing client base. Ideally, you will be already working in a bathroom sales environment, or an industry closely aligned with my client. You will have contacts in the building industry have worked with architects, designers and specifiers. You will need be a strong hunter, a motivated self starter able to work with a minimum of supervision, possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and work in a team environment.
