Advance Cranes is a leading Tower Crane Company based in Sydney NSW. Due to rapid expansion we are now looking for the services of a new highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to be based in our Sydney office
The successful candidate must be a highly organised individual with the motivation and passion to grow our business unit in Sydney and spearhead the national sales campaign.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth for current and new products through existing and new customers and will include:
- Achieving & exceeding sales targets
- Generating new business opportunities to expand the existing customer base
- Providing product support and advising customers on product solutions
- Building customer relationships through strong customer service and a can do attitude with a willingness to always exceed expectations
- Ensure positive customer experiences and satisfaction is achieved
- Manage and maintain regular call cycles
- Cold calling and growth of the existing data base
- Being capable of preparing quotations, tenders, basic engineering solutions and conduct product handover and product demonstrations
The Successful Candidate:
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Ability to travel frequently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Heavy machinery sales experience
- Confident cold calling skills and a professional manner
- The ability to convert leads to sales
