Business Development Manager

Guardall Security is Currently searching for an Experienced and Enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our expanding business.

The role will include;

Developing Growth Strategies and Plans
Managing and Retaining Relationships with Clients
Increasing Client Base
Writing Business Proposals
Negotiating with Stakeholders
Identifying and Mapping Business Strengths and Customer Needs
Researching Business Opportunities and Viable Income Streams
Drafting and Reviewing Contracts
Reporting on Success and Areas Needing Improvement
Creating New Leads
Marketing Campaigns Including Postal and Email
Cold Calling both Phone and Door to Door

The successful candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of Business Products and Value Proposition, must be able to follow Industry Trends Locally and Internationally, must be able to work with a Close-Knit Team.

This will be a Salary Position with Monthly KPI’s to be met.
