Your Role ...
Joining our busy Direct Sales Team, your role will be to reach out to our existing customers and educating them about Novated Leasing. 
 
In this consultative sales position, your main objective will be to qualify leads and send them through to our supportive leasing department to be settled.

We pride ourselves on the training and development that we offer to our staff and welcome people who have never worked in the industry, as long as you have a passion for sales.
 
Success is...

• Proven experience in managing large successful teams in a service environment
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks according to strict timelines
• Strong problem solving skills and previous experience in effectively managing complex customer complaints and escalations to resolution
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
• A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement
• Ability to overcome objections and find solutions
