Our client is a disruptor - A new generation activewear brand selling to and responding to a new super fast internet market.  

We have an amazing account manager role partnering and leveraging our influencer network to convert into sales.

Our Instagram ambassadors have amassed huge followings of fans around the world. Tapping into celebrities of this size that have built a brand around their name and social footprint (anywhere from 10,000 people to several million people) takes a lot of work,passion and energy to; -

 A  - Manage Existing clients

  • Generate sales and exceed goals by nurturing current relationships with global Instagram brand ambassadors
  • Partner with social media influences to help our products reach their global audience.
  • Work with social influences, athletes, gymnasiums through a coordinated sales strategy.
  • Thrive for highest ratings in customer satisfaction surveys by using strong customer service and problem solving - which then contribute to repeat and referral business
  • Up-sell and maximize revenue stream by coordinating and responding  to complex customer Internet requests               
  • Educate our brand ambassadors by sharing information showcasing our  unique product features. Share product knowledge with customers while making personal commercial recommendations for them
  • Gain commercial agreement between client and customer by negotiating prices, terms of sales and service agreements
  • Handle demanding client idiosyncrasies to resolve issues in a  professional manner                                         
  • Work independently and thoroughly with customers to understand their needs and provide them with solutions
  • Take initiative to participate, encourage and lead 3 head office sales team members
  • Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, seeking new ways to improve sales.
  • Oversee sample process to coordinate customer / supplier’s requirements / time-frames.
  • Oversee development of advertising and printed collateral for wholesale range. (labelling, barcodes range-books)
   B - Develop New Clients
  • Perform prospecting calls for new relationships
  • Facilitate marketing strategies with the senior management team.
  • Present product to potential wholesale customers through story boards/trend boards
  • Work with potential clients on new ideas, price points, colour palettes  deliveries etc.
  • Train sales team in CRM  (Customer Relationship Management) software.
